We are proud to announce that Boortmalt received a full grant from Flanders Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (VLAIO) for a research project that will investigate which wort/malt analyses can be used for the selection of new barley varieties in relation to important beer quality parameters such as taste, foam stability, colloidal stability and taste stability.
