Boortmalt Malting Course 2024 was a blast!
This year, we hosted industry professionals from the brewing, distilling, and, for the first time, food sectors for an entire week of visits, hands-on activities, and conferences.
Our program covered all topics around malt, its applications, specialties, and prospects. Speakers shared their expertise across a range of topics, including raw barley, the malting process, whisky, the barley market, craft beers, malt innovation, and sustainability.
The participants of this year's edition showed genuine dynamism and investment throughout the program.
