We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised person with a strong process mindset, who is interested in developing within a dynamic environment and working closely with the Plant, Administration, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and update purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with internal controls.
- Regularise pending invoices in SAP, coordinating with the relevant areas.
- Maintain up-to-date tax files for customers and suppliers, ensuring correct and complete documentation.
- Conduct silo measurements and actively support the month-end inventory process.
- Produce reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Maintain and report contractor control information and provide ITP support to plant administration.
- Record and monitor daily receipts and dispatches of raw materials and by-products, ensuring accurate entries in the ERP, production systems and governmental platforms.
- Reconcile inventories, validate physical stock and participate in periodic audits.
- Act as back-up for Master Data processes (customers, suppliers and materials).
Master recherché
- Advanced student or university graduate in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Ability to identify and effectively resolve problems, following internal procedures and policies.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative tasks, ideally within an industrial plant environment.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI or equivalent tools.
