Main tasks
Boortmalt is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize the maintenance of our production site. If you have strong technical expertise and a knack for team management, we would love to meet you!
Your responsibilities:
- Organize, control, and monitor plant maintenance.
- Manage the workshop, spare parts warehouse, electrical areas, and buildings.
- Develop and lead the maintenance team and the automated maintenance management system.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Support the installation of new equipment and projects.
- Document all repairs in the maintenance management system.
- Analyze the causes of non-compliant results and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Master we are looking for ?
- Technical degree in a recognized engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance and repair in a comparable industry.
- Experience in team management.
- Awareness of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English.
- Good IT skills (Office 365, AutoCAD, Maximo, ERP).
