As Group
FP&A Manager
, located in Antwerp, Belgium, you will play a pivotal role
in leading the financial planning and performance management processes of the
business. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business
planning, and delivering high-quality financial insights that support senior
management in making informed strategic decisions. Through robust financial
analysis and performance monitoring, you will help optimize profitability,
efficiency, and long-term value creation.

The position will report to the Group
Reporting and Consolidation Manager.

Key
Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate financial
and management reporting, business performance analysis, and the effective coordination
of annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.

  • Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analysis of
    business results and key drivers.
  • Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations to
    support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis
    to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial
    reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Support the implementation of effective cost control measures
    and financial performance initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of financial
    planning and reporting processes. Organize the financial reporting
    calendar for the group in cooperation with the Axéréal Group.
  • Lead and develop finance team members, fostering a
    high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate
    financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Support the optimization of profitability, efficiency, and
    overall business performance.

Master we are looking for ?

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • You
    hold a recognized professional accounting qualification, such as CPA, ACCA,
    CFA, or an equivalent certification.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation, and
    financial analysis, preferably within an international environment.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting,
    forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience managing and leading finance teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to convert financial
    data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency with financial reporting systems such as SAP and
    JDE.
  • Experience working with OneStream
    is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization
    tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is considered
    an asset.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, continuous
    improvement, and operational excellence.
