FSQR/QA Specialist Central Europe

quality, and regulatory excellence across our Central European operations.
Reporting to the Cluster Quality Manager
CE, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving food safety, quality,
and regulatory systems across the region. Working closely with production
teams, quality managers, laboratories, and other stakeholders, you will ensure
that our raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet
customer expectations and comply with both international and local regulatory
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Cluster Quality Manager in ensuring site compliance
with Group Quality, Food Safety, and Feed Safety policies and standards. - Assist in managing documentation associated with certification
standards. - Support quality-related activities concerning barley intake,
malt production, and blending operations. - Provide support during external audits and follow up on
corrective actions to ensure timely closure. - Prepare and manage internal audit and inspection plans for
assigned sites. - Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints
and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented. - Assist sites with management reviews and traceability
exercises. - Manage product specifications (BOS) and related master data
within the ERP system. - Support the implementation of corrective actions to achieve
zero food safety incidents. - Coordinate sample management, including pre-shipment samples,
external laboratory testing, and customer-requested analyses. - Support plant hygiene and pest control programs, identifying
non-conformities and assisting sites in maintaining required standards. - Deliver training and guidance on quality, food safety, and
hygiene topics. - Coordinate local
laboratories to ensure effective quality control of barley and malt. - Monitor and report key quality performance indicators in a
timely manner. - Contribute to reducing the cost of poor quality across the
region. - Ensure effective and timely customer complaint responses.
- Travel to sites within the region as required.
Master we are looking for ?
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in food science, bioscience,
chemistry or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience with
a technical educational background. This position is also open to young
graduates with a first professional experience. - Proven lab experience in a similar Quality, Food Safety, or
Regulatory role within the food, beverage, or related industry. - Understanding of manufacturing and factory operations.
- Knowledge of malting and/or brewing processes is considered an
advantage. - Experience with HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Management
Systems, preferably FSSC 22000. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability
to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement. - Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and training capabilities.
- Fluent in English, other knowledge of languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the Central European region.
