Main tasks
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support our transportation needs across Ethiopia. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of local routes, a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused attitude. This role is essential for ensuring timely and secure movement of personnel, goods, and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, goods, or materials to designated locations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing and inspections.
- Follow traffic laws and company policies at all times.
- Keep accurate records of travel logs, fuel usage, and maintenance.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo when necessary.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery and pick-up schedules.
- Support administrative tasks related to logistics when required.
Working Conditions
- May involve long-distance travel and irregular hours.
- Exposure to varying road and weather conditions.
- Occasional weekend or holiday work depending on operational needs.
Master we are looking for ?
- Valid Ethiopian driver’s license (Category 1, 2, or 3 depending on vehicle type).
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience, preferably in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with major roads and regions in Ethiopia.
- Ability to communicate in Amharic; English proficiency is a plus.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
