Main tasks
Buscamos una persona con fuerte capacidad de comunicación, colaboración y construcción de relaciones, junto con una marcada orientación al detalle y mejora continua, cuyas principales responsabilidades serán:
- Control integral de liquidaciones de cebada, verificando condiciones comerciales, tasas, descuentos, retenciones y normativa vigente.
- Control y gestión de pagos, asegurando exactitud, cumplimiento de plazos y alineación con contratos y documentación respaldatoria.
- Intervención en operaciones de Compensas/Permutas, validando documentación, valores y condiciones.
- Elaboración, actualización y mejora de procedimientos del área, garantizando cumplimiento de los controles definidos en las matrices del negocio.
- Armado de reportes de gestión, indicadores operativos y desvíos para la toma de decisiones.
- Participación activa en procesos de mejora continua, optimización administrativa y eficiencia de costos.
Master we are looking for ?
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en áreas de Back Office del negocio de granos (facturación, aplicaciones, administración u operaciones).
- Sólido conocimiento del mercado de agro-negocios.
- Manejo de sistemas de soporte del negocio: SAP, Confirma, Finnegans, JDE, SOT (deseable experiencia previa).
- Dominio avanzado del Paquete Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y Access.
- Formación: estudiante avanzado/a de Contador Público o Administración (deseable) o carreras afines.
