Missions essentielles
- Prepare and receive all incoming samples for laboratory testing.
- Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory tests in accordance with approved methods.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, procedures, calibration, and analytical records.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot product or process issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage sample storage and retention in line with laboratory and quality requirements.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and BOPEX initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable procedures, regulations, and company policies.
- Report any Food & Feed non-conformances in line with Boortmalt food safety standards.
- Perform trials and special tests to support process improvement and innovation.
Master recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality analysis within the food industry, with knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and quality standards, and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Amharic and English.
