In the late autumn of 2017, an exclusive range of craft malts from the UK, Ireland, France and Belgium - Malt Houses of Europe by Boortmalt will be available to the craft industry in the USA and Canada.
Boortmalt have just signed an exclusive supply agreement with renowned hop merchants, Charles Faram for these markets. Charles Faram produces over 100 varieties of hops and has been in business for over 150 years so we know we’re in good company. This is a brand new approach to supplying the craft brewing industry where the producers of malt and hops have come together directly to offer their products to the market.
Today’s craft brewers demand unique premium quality ingredients and want uniquely sourced malt to match their desire for innovation. At the same time, craft beer brewers strive to be different from the mainstream brewing companies. A new chapter is about to take place in the craft brewing industry, with malt supply at its core.
