Description of role

Are you passionate about finding and placing top talent? Do you know how to reach and engage candidates on the market? And do you like to combine recruitment with different HR projects? Then you might be the candidate we are looking for at Boortmalt!
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle: from job intake till job offer (A-Z)
- Identifying the best active and passive talent in the market. You are creative and proactive in ensuring and developing our
  visibility among potential candidates (networking, event organisation, etc.);
- Source and identify applicants (using different sourcing tools like LinkedIn, job websites, Social Media, incoming applications, job
   fairs, agencies, etc.);
- Pre-screening and interviewing candidates (via Skype, phone or/and face to face);
- Advising hiring managers in final selection about the best possible match with candidates taking into account the market
  conditions and business requirements;
- Build competitive offer in close collaboration with HR and hiring manager;
- You establish a methodology and pace in the selection process in order to respond as quickly and appropriately as possible;
- You ensure optimal communication with all internal and external stakeholders during the recruitment process;
- You are accountable for recruiting candidates with the best possible fit with organisation values and strategy;
- You keep developing Boortmalts Employer branding activities, candidate attraction strategies and build active talent pools;
   produce recruitment metrics and reports;
- Working on different HR projects (Onboarding, L&D, Performance management, competency management, employer
   branding…).
 

Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferrably in an inhouse role with international scope
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus: you ensure an excellent service to the hiring managers on the one hand and the candidates on the other hand
- Pro-active and independent: we need people that will make things happen
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Excellent organisational skills and excellent communicator
- Solution- and result-oriented: you still get a kick from a succesful recruitment
- Willingness to travel across Europe ( 10%)
