Description of role

As Craft Coordinator reporting to the Craft Manager , you will assist with the implementation of the craft business development strategy and coordinate with the Operational plant team and the craft team to deliver the right product according to budget, with full compliance with our group safety, Quality, hygiene, environmental and operational standards, on time and at reasonable total cost. 

Main responsibilities : 

1/Organize the orders preparation and daily deliveries 
-  Build and Ensure the respect of the bagging activities planning  
- Check the accuracy of the real stock and JDE stock 

2/Control the quality, orders and the deliveries fit with client requirements
3/ Control the efficiency of the operational craft activities : new bagging line, preparation for deliveries 

3/ Conduct daily Meetings with the Craft team and the operational plant team 

4/ Prepare the COA and Labels

5/ Manage online webshop 
update the products on the online store 
implement actions to develop online orders. 

6/ Manage the French customers : orders + transport

7/ Run the new craft brewery test in collaboration with the craft Manager and arrange training sessions with customers

8/  single point of contact with customers to indicate the delivery date and inform the customer in case of modifications.

9/ Develop reportings to keep track of Sales volume and forecasts (follow and participate)
- Update customer information in the maltiers online store

10/ Participate in the beer festival

11/ Visit craft brewers and participate in craft events in Issoudun (organize tours of our facilities to craft brewers)

Required skills

Bachelor degree in Food engineering or any other relevant field or equivalent by experience
Minimum 1 year  experience in food process industry. 
Proven track record of delivering Continuous Improvement projects
Strong Knowledge in Marketing/communication and sales strategy development. 
A proven track record in Customer Relationship Management is required.     

Fluent French and English 
Advanced user MS Office
